Questions relating to the SkyCafe Marketplace
SkyCafe has partnered with several delivery companies in South Africa enabling nationwide delivery of your precious items. Store owners can opt to use the in-house shipping rates offered by our shipping partners to take advantage of their competitive rates as well as an easy one-click shipping setup option,
…or include shipping costs into product costs and thereby offer “Free Shipping” to it’s customers
…or offer “Free Shipping” and have SkyCafe deduct shipping costs from their weekly Vendor payouts.
…or select to offer “Local Pickup” collection of purchased items.
If you have selected the in-house shipping rates offered by our shipping partners you will currently only be allowed to deliver your products nationally within the South African borders.
If you offer “Free Shipping” you will be responsible for arranging your own shipping partner and bearing the cost of shipping. You will also have to create a Shipping Policy that outlines any custom duties that may be applicable.
Our business model has been conceptualised and developed to protect the end-user or customer as well as give our Vendors the ability to receive frequent payouts of products sold or services offered.
Our payout system does bulk payouts once a week for all delivered products.
